Install Internet Explorer Skin XP

This is a very rough draft of what I hope to be the Internet Explorer Skin for Windows XP. This is really of alpha quality so install it at your own risk.

This skin simulates the appearance of Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 for Windows XP.

Requirements: Mozilla 1.0.x.
